Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Unboxing Video: An unboxing video, including the shipping label before opening, is required to process your request. Returns/exchanges are only acceptable in cases where the wrong product is sent.
Shipping Charges: If the return is due to an error on our part, shipping charges for the return will be covered by us.

Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for physical damages caused during shipping.
Process: Submit an unboxing video as proof of damage. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping costs.
Timeframe: Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
